Forrest is 6'1" with close-cropped dark hair and blue eyes. His frame is average; one wouldn't automatically think he had been on the All-American football team, an internationally-renound ping pong player, or a famous cross-country runner. Hailing from Greenbow, Alabama, he has a very noticable accent.

He finds himself on Tabula Rasa coming from the year 1981. One moment he had been sitting on a Savannah bus stop bench conversing with an elderly woman about how Jenny had written him a letter asking him to visit her, and in the next he found himself on the island.
